    February is National Children’s Dental Month!

    Did you know The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD) recommends that a child go to the dentist by age 1 or within six months after the first tooth erupts. Primary teeth typically begin growing in around 6 months of age.

    February is National Children’s Dental Month! It’s the perfect time to get kids in to see the dentist for the first time, or to schedule those follow up appointments.

    According to the Mayo, your oral health offers clues about your overall health. Problems in your child’s mouth can affect the rest of their body? Protect your children by learning more about the connection between your oral health and overall health.
